Wedding Stationery FAQ’s

Do you have a minimum order?
No, we are happy to supply stationery for any sized event and we are happy to supply extras at a later date if you need more.

Do I need to pay a deposit and order in advance?
No, we don’t ask for a deposit and you can order as and when you need your items.

What is your lead time?
For small orders you can expect to receive your orders within 3-4 working days and even for larger orders  you can still expect to receive your order within 7 working days.
Our A1 & A2 signs are outsourced to our supplier, who send them directly to you.  They will arrive within 7 working days.
In the unlikely event that there is a delay, we will contact you.
(International orders take a little longer, usually arriving in 7-12 working days)

Do you offer stationery packages?
Yes we can offer packages, however we recognise that all couples would like different items included, so we would work with you to produce a package tailored to your requirements.

Can I order a sample?
Of course, most of our items are listed with an option to purchase a sample, if there isn’t then please contact us and we’ll arrange it.
Invitation samples are not personalised, however all other items can be personalised for the sample.

Can the wording be changed?
Absolutely, all of the wording we use on our designs is for guidance and image purposes only.  We can help if you need help with wording, alternatively there are lots of examples on Pinterest and the following website provides some great examples.

I like a certain design but would like it a different colour and in different fonts, can you do this?
Unfortunately all of the graphics we used are fixed static images which we are unable to alter.  We do however have lots of different graphics in our library, contact us and we can  email our designs brochure through to you.
We can change fonts and we have a wide range available but if you have a specific one in mind, contact us so we can make sure we can access it.

Do you offer a bespoke design service?
We are happy to design stationery using any of our graphic design sets and fonts that are in our current design brochure at no extra charge.

For completely new designs there will be a £20 up front design charge which will include up to 5 edits.
Additional edits will incur extra charge.
The design fee will be deducted from the total cost if full order is made.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We always offer our products at a fair competitive price, based on the cost of materials and the time it takes to produce.
We will however offer a small discount for orders over £100 of more that one set of products e.g Save the dates + Invitations.

We are able to offer small discounts to trade, e.g. wedding planners, venue stylists etc.

Do you provide proofs?
We always provide e-proofs for invitations and are happy to make as many alterations as needed to make them perfect for you.

We do not provide proofs for any other stationery unless specifically requested, so please ensure the details you provide are accurate.

I like your invitations but I need a menu option card as well, are you able to do this?
Of course, we can either adjust the price for an extra card or we can do it instead of one of the other cards.

I like your pencil save the date cards and wondered if you do them with engraved pencils?
Sadly we don’t offer engraved pencils, but we are happy to supply without pencils at a reduced price if you would prefer to source your own pencils.

When do I need to send my Save the Dates and Invitations out?
We recommend you send out your Save the Dates 12-18 months before your wedding, especially if you are getting married
at peak holiday times.  Also, if you’re getting married overseas, your guests will need as much notice as possible to arrange their trip.

Invitations should ideally be sent out 4-6 months in advance of your wedding with a RSVP date that gives you time to send
out additional invites if some guests decline the invitation.
Also, leave yourself enough time to give your venue the information they need on final numbers, menus etc.

What information do you need from me?
Save the Dates:
Who’s getting married
When you’re getting married
Where you’re married (optional)

Invitations:
Wording if different from advertised photo
Who is getting married … normally full names
Venue, date and time
Additional sections (if required) can include guest information,
gift poem, menu options etc.

RSVP:
Date for response
Dietary requirements (optional)
Song for the dance floor (optional)

All our other advertised products will give details on what information is required.  

All details can be sent through to our email,  aarlotte@outlook.com or through EBay and Etsy messaging systems.

Can we call you to discuss our requirements?
You can, but we would recommend we do it by email where  you can send all your requirements along with any photos of what you would need.
We also find that it is easier for us to have an email trail of everything that has been discussed and agreed to ensure your order is correct.

I get married next week and need some urgent stationery, can you help me?
We will always try to accommodate last minute orders, but please contact us first so that we can look for the order coming through and process it ASAP.

What if I’m not happy with my order?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your items.
We will happily offer a refund or exchange on goods if they are found to be faulty or if an error has been made on our part.
Unfortunately if you have simply changed your mind, we cannot offer an exchange or refund as all items are made to order.
Where items are not personalised we can accept returns for a refund , please contact us for details.

How can I be sure you are a reputable company?
We are a well established company of almost 10 years.

I like your stationery but would like to order it for a Baby Shower, is that ok?
Of course, we are able to adapt our stationery to cover any occasion,
from Christenings to Birthday parties and Anniversary parties to
Engagement parties.
